1. Serious buyers only please. Kindly notify us if you are not interested in the item anymore.

2. Items are sold on a first come first served basis.

3. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns are allowed. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

4. Accessories are not included unless stated.

5. Reservation only for maximum 3 days. Once over the period of reservation, item will be released to other buyers once again.

6. All payments are to be made into our Maybank or CIMB account within a period of 2 days (48 hours). Failure to do so will result in the items going to the next buyer in line without further notice.

7. Item will be shipped the next day after payment is recieved (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

8. Price quoted are excluding postage (Unless otherwise stated). Buyers are to bear the shipping cost. Note: Postage will be determined by the weight of your item.

9. We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged shipment as we ensure utmost care is taken in packing and getting your items shipped.

10. Strictly no copying of pictures from our blog, we have taken considerable effort to take these pictures and hope you understand, thanks! ♥
